As a confirmed participant, your company will be registered in the
Proudly SA B2B Matchmaking programme.
The program aims to facilitate pre-scheduled meetings before the start of the event in which you’ll
be assisted in effectively matching your company to the right participants.
Once you receive your login details you will be able to:

Step 1 - Log into your private online profile.

Step 2 - Select attendees or companies you wish to meet by utilising the attendee search.

Step 3 - A meeting request is emailed to the matching party: where you’ll be able to either accept or reject the meeting request based on the value perceived.

Step 4 - Your online report will be updated with new matches.

Step 5 - Track the status of meetings on your private online calendar.

Step 6 - Use your calendar during the event: reference confirmed meeting times, the location and other details whilst you are at the exhibition.

Step 7 - Confirmed meetings include incumbents’ contact details. Re-confirm your own meetings by calling your meeting invitee.

Step 8 - A representative will be onsite and online to assist with confirmed meetings.
Tips in completing your company information
- The 50-word company profile will be sent to all those who’ve requested meetings with targeted companies.
- Enter a web address so participants can research your company before meeting with you.
- Double check meeting times and parameters; meetings will be only be scheduled within these timeframes.
- Carefully select the industries you are interested in; this information will be used to match you with corresponding companies.
- You may select multiple industries, sectors, and other categories.
